Through personal and collective perspectives, Palestinian Unwanted and Another Day Shall Come examine the emotional toll of witnessing and the pressures of marginalisation, while asking what it means to be represented and heard when living between different worlds.

A deeply personal film with a mission: During the disaster in Gaza, Danish-Palestinian filmmaker Omar Shargawi attempts to raise awareness among the Danish public while struggling to keep himself together. As he joins activists confronting politicians and the media, Palestinian Unwanted examines Denmark’s political role, arms exports and the public discourse surrounding Palestinians.

An audio-visual portrait of stifled Palestinian living in Israel during the genocide in Gaza, Another Day Shall Come features a collection of anonymous voices, edited into scenes shot in Palestine over four seasons. The film encapsulates 76 years of identity deprivation and marginalisation from both cinematic representation and the broader Palestinian narrative, posing a poignant question: How can we truly understand the experiences of Palestinians within the 1948 borders?
