A British journalist tries to escape Israel after the UN imposes an embargo from land, air and sea due to the spreading of a virus. Gaza becomes the safest place in the region.

Couple, British journalist Michael (Stephen Mangan) and his Israeli girlfriend Keren (Mouna Hawa), pay a smuggler to transport them, via Gaza, and onto Cyprus. But they find themselves stuck in a basement in Gaza, with Hamas on their trail, and their lives in the hands of hapless Palestinian market traders Emad (Loai Nofi), and Waleed (Adam Bakri) and his  long-suffering but resourceful wife Nuhad (Maria Zreik).

Followed by screen talk with director, Basil Khalil, chaired by writer and filmmaker, Sally Zarzour.
